Vista Issue - Unable to open the Web '...'. The server does not appear to have the FrontPage server extensions installed.

I upgraded to Vista over the weekend, and one of the most common question I get is "Is it worth it?"  My only response is "It sure looks sexy!"  Up until this morning I was actually ok with everything.  Then I tried to load a DotNetNuke source project into VS2005.  The extra service pack not with standing, It wouldn't load the web site project of the system.  I kept getting this stupid message:
